Project Description
The Adult Services Directorate within Liverpool City Council proposes to ‘set the scene’ of the future direction of travel for Liverpool Adult Services to all service providers to encourage providers to think about their role in delivering social care and how they might strategically position themselves to manage external change to meet the challenges of the future. The end product will be a Market Position Statement for providers and users of services to set the context of the current supply and demand and the strategic direction of the Directorate and its commissioning intentions.
