Project Description
Whilst having a range of options and models, a large mental health trust based in Merseyside was keen to understand how access to crisis beds was facilitated, along with information on where the various models sat within mental health acute pathways.
The project established that the organisation lacked commissioning leadership in terms of what was provided versus what was required.
JMB Health Consultancy Ltd provided the organisation with a series of individual service recommendations following three full engagement evaluations. Our extensive evaluations included details of staff, service users and carers with full data, financial and process analysis.
