As Commissioners and Mental Health Trusts await the implementation of the new payment mechanism to replace existing contractual arrangements, organisations outside of the NHS such as Private Sector providers and the Pharmaceutical Industry, are left wondering how this will affect them.
JMB Health Consultancy has been working closely with these industries to deliver a series of workshops and presentations to teams of staff, medics and practitioners alike, providing a ‘commissioning perspective’ of the process. Delivered as a two-way interactive session, feedback has been extremely positive in enabling key providers to, and within, the health sector to be able to work alongside Commissioners and NHS Trusts alike to influence outcomes, in addition to maximising opportunities.
