JMB Health Consultancy Ltd is pleased to have supported Commercial & Clinical Solutions Ltd. in an exercise on behalf of a North West Charity, to understand the use of section 64 grant monies comparing and contrasting past commissioning arrangements with present and future needs. The outcomes of this full clinical and commercial review identified the need to pursue in more detail the output options appraisal.
This project also supported the development of a strategic business plan that moved away from historic co-dependencies with local commissioners to embrace an innovative approach to care that meets the demands of todays’ needs and gaps within the market.
